Prayer is the heartbeat of Gateway. We believe everything starts with prayer, grows through prayer and moves forward by prayer. Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, or connection, you’re invited into our community of prayer.
“My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations.” (Isaiah 56:7)
Our Prayer Rhythm
We have a simple weekly rhythm to help our whole church pray consistently and stay united in heart. There’s a place for everyone, whether you can gather in person, join online, or pray wherever you are.
Tuesday Prayer
Every Tuesday from 1-2pm we gather in person at Gateway for a focused time of prayer. We pray for our church, our valley, and our world, believing together for God to move in power.
Friday Prayer
On the first Friday of the month we meet online via Zoom from 7-7:30am for a short, but powerful time of prayer. It’s a great way to start the month by seeking God together.
Prayer Gatherings
Twice a year, we pause our regular Small Groups and gather together on Wednesday nights for special seasons of prayer,and worship
Our Winter Prayer Gatherings take place throughout January, while our Summer Prayer Gatherings run throughout the Summer holidays.
These evenings are designed to help people grow in prayer, encounter God personally, and build deeper hunger for His presence alongside others from church.
