Tom is from Japan and was saved and baptised in Bristol, while studying in England. Olive is an AoG minister and Bible school teacher from the Philippines. They met at the Asia Pacific Theological Seminary, got married and went back to Japan in 1998. A few years later in 2005 they started Teen Challenge Japan and have been serving as Executive Directors ever since. Their main focus is the evangelisation and discipleship of drug addicts, alcoholics & gamblers. Tom and Olive present anti-drug abuse seminars in schools and counsel women who have self-harmed and suffer from eating disorders and also have a farm project and disaster relief team.
